Made with a fermented batter of gram flour (besan) and mild spices, dhoklas are great any time of the day. For us, they make a great tea-time snack.   1. Prepare 200 gms of gram flour (besan).
  2. Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  3. It’s 1 of ENO (fruit salt flavour).
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. It’s 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
  8. You need 1/4th tsp of mustard seeds.
  9. You need 2 of dry chillies.
  10. It’s 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  11. It’s 6-8 of Curry leaves.

  4. Now take a pan and heat one tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds, dey chilli and curry leaves. Fry on low flame for few seconds and use it to garnish your dhokla..
